Summer in Milan – How to move around in summer

Even if it doesn’t have the seaside, summer is a great time to visit Milan. During this season, there are many attractions that you can enjoy and easily reach thanks to Milan public transports.

Escape from the heat is not easy, but the parks are a great place to stay even during the hottest days. The largest park in Milan is Parco Sempione, a beautiful green park constructed in 1988, that is the perfect place to enjoy a walk or a picnic among flowers and greenery, far from the hustle and bustle of the urban jungle.

Parco Sempione is located in the center of Milan, nearby the Sforza Castle (Castello Sforzesco).

The park is open from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm.
